GTC - General Terms of Service

The General Terms of Service ("Terms of Service") are contained by Company OrgoneLife general terms and conditions for the use of the operated www.orgonelife.hu online store.

Please use our services only if you agree with all its points and consider them binding for you. This document will not be filed, it will only be concluded in electronic form (it is not considered a written contract), and it does not refer to a code of conduct.

Basic provisions

1.1. Questions not regulated in these Regulations, as well as the interpretation of these Regulations, are governed by Hungarian law, with particular regard to Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code ("Civil Code") and on certain issues of electronic commercial services and services related to the information society CVIII of 2001 the relevant provisions of the law. The mandatory provisions of the relevant legislation apply to the parties without special stipulations.

1.2. These Regulations are effective from November 24, 2020 and will remain in effect until revoked. The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally modify the Regulations. The Service Provider will publish the amendments on the website 11 (eleven) days before their entry into force. By using the website, users/customers accept that all regulations related to the use of the website automatically apply to them.

1.3. As a copyrighted work, the website is protected by copyright. User/Customer, if he accesses the website/website operated by the Service Provider or reads its content in any way - even if he is not a registered user of the website/website, he acknowledges the provisions of the Regulations as binding on him. If the User/Customer does not accept the conditions, he is not entitled to view the content of the website. The service provider reserves all rights regarding the website, any part of it and the content appearing on it, as well as the distribution of the website. Downloading, electronic storage, processing and sale of the content appearing on the website or any part of it is prohibited without the written consent of the Service Provider.

Range of products and services available for purchase

1.6. Products displayed in the online store can only be ordered online. The prices displayed for the products are in forints, subject to tax-free (they do not include VAT), and they do not include home delivery fees.

1.7. On the website, the Service Provider displays the name and description of the product in detail, and displays photos of the products. The images displayed on the product data sheet may differ from the real thing, in some cases they are shown as illustrations.

1.8. If a promotional price is introduced, the Service Provider will fully inform Users about the duration of the promotion.

Order process

1.9. Detailed description of the order process

The User/Customer can also start shopping without registration by filling out the order form.

User/Customer selects the product to be purchased in the online store, clicks on the "add to cart" button and enters the quantity.

The User/Customer can view the contents of the basket at any time by clicking on the "basket" icon.

If the User/Customer wants to add another product to the cart, he selects the "continue shopping" button. If you don't want to buy an additional product, check the quantity of the product you want to buy. You can delete the contents of the basket by clicking the "delete - X" icon. After finalizing the quantity, the contents of the basket are automatically updated.

By clicking on the "payment" button, the User/Customer goes to the billing address page. If you request the invoice for a company, tick the "company invoicing" box and enter the company's details.

If the shipping address is different from the billing address, check the "shipping to another address" box and enter the shipping address.

After that, you select the shipping method and then on the next page you select the payment method. (detailed in point 1.11)

If there is an error or deficiency in the products or prices in the webshop or on the order form, the Service Provider reserves the right to make corrections. In such a case, after recognizing or modifying the error, the Service Provider will immediately inform the Customer of the new data. The Customer can then confirm the order once more, or it is possible for either party to withdraw from the contract. The final amount to be paid includes all costs based on the summary of the order and the confirmation letter. The invoice will be sent electronically through Billingó's invoicing system to the electronic mail address provided by the User/Customer during the order.

Information on the right of withdrawal is included in the package.

The user/customer is obliged to inspect the package before the courier upon delivery, and in case of any damage to the products or packaging, he is obliged to request a report, in case of damage, he is not obliged to accept the package. The Service Provider does not accept subsequent complaints without a protocol. Packages are delivered on working days.

After entering the data, the User/Orderer can send his order by clicking on the "complete order" button, but before doing so, he can check the entered data one more time, send a comment about his order, or send us an e-mail of any other order-related wishes.

After sending the order, the User/Customer will receive a confirmation by e-mail. The Service Provider excludes its responsibility for confirmation if the confirmation is not received on time because the User/Customer entered incorrect data during registration/order, or because the storage space belonging to his account is full, he is unable to receive messages.)

1.10. Options for correcting data entry errors

Correction of data entry errors: Before closing the order process, the User/Customer can always go back to the previous phase, where they can correct the entered data.

1.11. Description of delivery methods, payment options

Shipping methods

- Delivered to an MPL parcel machine, Posta Point or post office, delivery at MPL Ház (on the basis of Government Decree 335/2012 (XII. 4))

- via the Foxpost system: Delivery to a Foxpost parcel machine 

- Packeta to a RECEIPT POINT or PARCEL AUTOMATION

- Bank card payment through the Stripe system. Stripe is an institution under the supervision of the Hungarian National Bank, which has a valid license. Stripe's online payment system enables payment with the following bank cards:

MasterCard, VISA, American Express

Registration is not required to pay by bank card, it is enough to enter the bank card number, the expiry date and the CVC code on the back, as well as a working e-mail address.

We do not handle bank card data during online payment. As in the case of a card purchase in a store, we do not handle it, since the bank's terminal processes the data for us. The financial institution Stripe, created specifically for internet commerce, is also present during online shopping between the customer and our webshop. It is the second most popular online payment method in the world after PayPal. Payment by bank card does not and cannot be charged to the customer.

- With payment link: We send a payment link to the User/Customer's email address for online bank card payment, with a payment link connected to our SUMUP terminal.

The User/Customer must check the mailing/delivery address specified during the order, because the purchase price indicated in the order confirmation email only includes the first delivery fee. If the Service Provider's delivery person returns the ordered product to the Service Provider with "Insufficient address", "Unknown", "Moved", "Not received", "Not searched for", etc. marked, then the second (or subsequent) delivery, both in the case of domestic and foreign delivery, the administration fee specified in the order confirmation e-mail, or the delivery fee related to the chosen delivery method (which also includes the additional postage/delivery fee) to the Service Provider after payment, the Service Provider can perform it again. If the COD product is not taken over by the User/Customer, it will be re-delivered by the Service Provider only after payment by bank transfer (that is, after payment of the full purchase price of the product and the delivery fee). After the first unsuccessful delivery, the Service Provider keeps the returned product for 180 days, and then sells it again after the 180th day. During this time, the Service Provider will attempt to re-deliver the product against the resending fee, but if this is also unsuccessful, the Service Provider will also include it in the storage time. The above is fully accepted by the User/Customer.)

1.12. The Service Provider is obliged to confirm the arrival of the User/Customer's order to the User/Customer electronically without delay. If this confirmation is not received by the User/Customer within the expected deadline, depending on the nature of the service, but no later than 48 hours after sending the User/Customer's order, the User/Customer is released from the binding offer or contractual obligation.

Processing and fulfillment of orders

1.13. The online store automatically sends the confirmation of the order. Orders are processed on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

1.14. General delivery deadline, within 7-10 working days from confirmation, other cases are listed on the product page. If the Service Provider and the User have not agreed on the date of performance, the Service Provider is obliged to perform the performance in accordance with the contract at the time or within the time specified in the User's notice, or, in the absence of a notice, no later than thirty days from the receipt of the order by the Service Provider.

1.15. If the Service Provider does not fulfill its obligations under the contract because the product specified in the contract is not available, it is obliged to inform the User immediately and refund the amount paid by the User immediately, but no later than within thirty days.

Right of withdrawal

1.16. 45/2014 on the detailed rules of contracts between the consumer and the business. (II.26.) Pursuant to the regulation of the Government Decree, the User may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the ordered product, or return the ordered product. The Service Provider gives the User/Customer 30 days to do so.

1.17. Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal

The buyer is responsible for the delivery obligation of returning the goods, the online store will refund the purchase price immediately, but no later than 14 days after the objected goods have arrived at our premises.

Warranty, guarantee

1.18. We guarantee our Wellness Products for 12 months. In the event of a malfunction, the warranty can be enforced at the OrgoneLife Kft. location, so the Wellnes device must be returned here for repair. In case of questions, we also provide information by phone or via our electronic contacts.

Complaint handling

1.19. The webshop's place of complaint handling is the registered office of OrgoneLife Kft.: 2141 Csömör, Közéhegy utca 46. Miscellaneous Provisions

1.20. The Service Provider and the User try to settle their disputes amicably. The User and the Service Provider are bound by the Budapest District Court (1146 Budapest, Hungária krt. 179-187., Tel.: +36 1 885 6000) for any legal disputes that fall within the scope of these Regulations and cannot be resolved by agreement within 30 (thirty) calendar days.
